Why creators choose WLM
Built by creators, for creators
We Love Media represents Hispanic creators across the United States and Latin America with full-service management: brand deals, Meta creator programs, press positioning and monetization. The roster is curated and invitation-only, 99+ creators spanning comedy, food, beauty, family and music, and the agency behind it is a Meta Business Partner that Latin American national press describes as the bridge connecting Meta with Latino content creators from Miami. Founders Juanma Salazar and Laura Malagon were digital creators before building the agency. Juanma won the Kids’ Choice Awards Colombia as digital revelation in 2017 and the Telly Gold Award in 2020, so the team negotiates from a creator’s perspective, not just an agent’s. Representation covers contracts, usage rights, pricing, press and long-term positioning, with campaigns for more than 100 brands as the working proof that the model converts audiences into sustainable careers.

FAQ
Representation, answered
What does representation cost?
Representation works on commission over the deals the agency closes for you, with no upfront fees. Exact terms are defined in your agreement after the fit call.
What size audience do I need?
There is no hard minimum. The roster spans nano to mega creators; what matters is engagement, content quality and fit with the Hispanic market campaigns we run.
Do I lose creative control?
No. The agency negotiates and directs campaigns, but your voice and format decisions stay yours. That authenticity is what brands pay for.
Which markets do you cover?
The United States and Latin America, with campaigns in Spanish, English and Spanglish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
