We Love Media is a marketing agency based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers we-love-media.com only.
What we collect
We collect the information you type into our contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the type of brand or business you run, the service you are interested in, and your message. We collect nothing else about you directly, and we never ask for payment details or identity documents through this site.
Like most websites, we also receive standard technical data through analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Contact form information is used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the work you hired us for. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to our company email. Site analytics run on Google Analytics 4. If you arrive from one of our campaigns, Google and Meta advertising tools may register that visit so we can measure whether the campaign worked. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as the conversation or the client relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our own records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to info@we-love-media.com and we will act on it. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them, though analytics will not register your visit.
Children
This site is intended for businesses, creators and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
