What’s included
Personalized mentorship, delivered across South Florida
- (01)
A short drive, so the schedule bends to you
Fort Lauderdale is about 30 minutes from our Miami base and West Palm Beach about an hour, so both founders drive up for the day and go home. No overnight stay means the two intensive days can run consecutively or be split weeks apart, whichever your business can absorb.
- (02)
Your full digital presence
Content strategy, visual identity and creative direction built from the ground up.
- (03)
Practice for a market that shifts as you go north
Hollywood and Pembroke Pines respond to Spanish-first, neighborhood-scale content. Boca Raton and West Palm Beach respond to an older, higher income, largely English-speaking audience. You practice reading which one you are actually selling to and building content for it.
- (04)
A month at your side
After the in-person days, a full month of remote follow-up and refinement.

Google Ads · Paid Search
What about the people already searching for you?
Social media builds demand. Google Ads captures the demand that already exists: people typing exactly what they need, today. We run both ends.
They search
Your next customer types what they need into Google. High intent, in English and in Spanish.
We win the keyword
Keyword research, bids on the searches that buy, and negative lists that cut wasted spend.
A landing built to convert
We design a dedicated landing that answers the search word for word, loads fast and makes comparing easy. Built by us, for that campaign.
Tracked to the client
Every call and form is measured. Leads land in a CRM with follow-up, and campaigns get optimized weekly on real conversion data.
How it works
We come to you. Here is how.
- 01
Request
Tell us your city, your project and what you want to achieve. We design the agenda around your brand, never from a generic curriculum.
- 02
We travel to you
Both mentors, at your business, office or home. Real work sessions in Spanish, not video calls.
- 03
The intensive
One to two days side by side: strategy, identity, filming, editing and Meta Ads, with the tools you already own.
- 04
A month at your side
Remote follow-up until everything is implemented. If you need providers or tools along the way, we show you exactly where to find them.

FAQ
In-person mentorship, answered
How much does the mentorship cost?
The mentorship is quoted per client rather than sold at a list price, because three variables move the number: your city (both mentors physically travel to you), how many in-person days your project needs, and how much of your brand already exists. A creator with three years of content and a business opening its doors next month require completely different agendas. You receive the scope and the figure in writing before anything is booked, and the month of remote follow-up is part of the program, not a separate line item.
Do you come to my location in Broward or Palm Beach?
Juanma Salazar and Laura Malagon come to your business, office or home across Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. The drive from the Miami base runs roughly 30 to 70 minutes depending on the city, so there is no overnight stay and no travel cost buried in the quote, exactly as with a Miami booking. Sessions happen in your own space, using your own equipment and your own products.
How long does the mentorship last?
The mentorship runs one to two full in-person days, followed by one month of remote follow-up. The in-person days are working days, not lectures. Strategy and positioning usually take the morning, and by the afternoon you are filming and editing your own content on your own equipment. Most people underestimate the follow-up month, and it is the part that decides the outcome. Two days of teaching leaves you with a system you understand. The month is when you publish under supervision and get corrected while the habit is still forming, which is exactly where self-taught brands normally stall.
Can the intensive days be split up in South Florida?
South Florida sessions can be split, because the mentors drive up and return the same day. Two consecutive days is the right call if you want momentum. Separating them by a few weeks is the right call if you want proof: you publish between sessions, and day two turns into a live audit of your own numbers instead of more instruction. Most owners underestimate how much more the second version teaches.
How is this different from booking the Miami mentorship?
The curriculum is identical. What changes is the market you practice on. South Florida spans three counties with genuinely different media markets, and the Spanish to English balance shifts as you drive north from Hollywood toward Boca Raton. So the content plan built with you assumes a mixed audience rather than the Spanish-dominant one in Miami-Dade, and you leave able to read which register a given neighborhood answers to.
